S.V. Lathia is the founder and guiding light of our organization. He pioneered the rubber roll industry in India and put it on the world map.
His principles of integrity, efficiency and reliability are visible in all our efforts. LRMC began as a humble family enterprise in 1953 and, over the course of 7 decades, has transformed into a full-scale rubber covering solutions provider owing to his hard work, dedication and passion to serve the nation.
Even though he departed for heavenly abode in 2008, his desire to create a globally recognized brand with an emphasis on quality and a customer first mindset continues to remain the foundation stone of our organization.
Mr. Yogen Lathia’s educational journey began with a B.Sc degree from Mumbai University. After this, he completed a specialized degree in rubber technology from the National College of Rubber Technology, London, UK.
Prior to joining the company he completed his apprenticeship from leading rubber manufacturing companies across the globe. Owing to his contributions to the rubber industry, he has been the recipient of several noteworthy awards conferred by the fellowship of Institutes of Materials, UK, and by the Indian Rubber Institute. At the helm of Lathia Rubber, Mr. Yogen Lathia’s in-depth knowledge and expertise drives the expansion of product offerings, client troubleshooting and technical sales.
Sanjiv Lathia oversees all engineering related aspects, of our orginization. He also contributes to new product development and technical sales. With an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi and an M.Sc. degree from Stanford University, he brings a wealth of technical know how to our organization
Mr. Sanjiv is always willing to go the extra mile so that our clients receive the finest of solutions. His passion for mechanics and finding practical solutions enables us to invest in the right kind of machinery to help continuously improve product quality
With a B.Sc degree from Mumbai University and an M.Sc. in polymer chemistry from Akron University, Ohio, USA, Mr. Ashit’s role encompasses a diverse range of crucial responsibilities, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve.
He leads the charge in new rubber compound development and meticulous testing, ensuring that our products consistently surpass industry standards, setting new benchmarks of quality. Apart from this, he plays a vital role in rubber compound R&D efforts as well as in technical sales and client troubleshooting.
